Sugar free blondies 😋

I’m so excited to share this recipe with you guys! These turned out so fudgy and scrumptious! We now have been having fun with all of them weekend. I had some leftover within the fridge, I simply popped them within the microwave and so they have been even higher. Husband & kiddo accredited too👌

Components
2 cups almond flour
3/Four cup erythritol (or sweetener of selection)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/Three cup melted butter
1/Four cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1/2 keto chocolate, chopped

Route
1️⃣preheat oven to 180°C & line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper
2️⃣ in a bowl combine melted butter, sweetener, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup & vanilla till mixed
3️⃣in a seperate bowl mix the almond flour, baking powder & salt till mixed
4️⃣add the dry substances to the moist substances and blend till mixed. Fold in chocolate chunks & pour combination into the lined baking tray
5️⃣bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Take away from oven and permit to chill for 15-20 minutes.
*For final fudgy deliciousness I discover they’re greatest to take away from the oven earlier than edges go darkish and golden.
